Green lacquered mirror with floral decoration. Venice, late 19th century.
The mirror, part of the salon suite of matching decoration in our collection, has a shaped frame lacquered in green, carved with scrolls and centred by a pierced cresting. The border is decorated with painted floral garlands entwined with ribbons, reflecting the decorative motif of the whole suite.
Condition report: Overall good condition, with signs of age and wear.
