Carved walnut dressing table. Emilia, 18th century.
Dressing table entirely in carved walnut, with a shaped hinged lift-top revealing an interior fitted with compartments and an original mirror. The front features a single drawer with a serpentine profile in the Baroque manner, framed by a moulded surround; the sides display recessed rectangular panels. The four cabriole legs terminate in scroll feet.
Condition report: Generally good state of conservation. Authentic patina with superficial signs of wear. Minor localized losses. Original mirror with natural tarnishing due to oxidation.
