Green lacquered occasional table with floral decoration. Venice, late 19th century.
The table, part of the salon suite of matching decoration in our collection, has a shaped top lacquered in green, centred with a painted floral bouquet and bordered by gilt scroll motifs. The shaped apron, centred by a shell motif, rests on cabriole legs finished in gold, in keeping with the Venetian Rococo style.
Condition report: Overall good condition, with signs of age and wear.
